The Listed figures above are for professionals and as well permanent staffs not contract staff or ETOPs (except otherwise stated).

All values are for monthly pay (not annual).

Some of the figures represent net total with tax deductions, while some represent salary without tax deductions as well too.

  • Oil and gas exploration companies pay at least the sum of five hundred thousand naira (N500,000) for entry level employees, while servicing companies pay at least the sum of two hundred thousand naira (N200,000).
  • Multinational oil companies pay according to global standards certainly because their employees can be moved or deployed to anywhere in the world. This signifies why they pay the highest salaries as it stands now.
  • Most bank employees don’t get to earn the figures listed above certainly because the figures are for professional staff, whereas 75% of bank staffs are contract staff who don’t earn up to one-third of the figures listed. So, don’t be surprised to know that most “bankers” don’t even earn as much as the listed figures above.
  • Aviation companies pay between N600,000 and N800,000.

I do hope this publication finds you well…if you think that some figures on this page are incorrect or outdated, please kindly help the job-recruitment portal with the corrections so as to be updated with proof

In addition to this, if you know the entry level salaries of some companies that are missing on this list, kindly let us know, and we’d be eager to add them to the list.
